  • The availability of personnel generally ranges from immediate to one (1) month lead-time, but in most cases, a one to two week advance notice is all that is needed.
  • The suitability of staff to meet expectations of our clients is ensured by a careful review of the resume, pre-interview assessment testing, a detailed interview and comprehensive reference checks. Additionally, candidate's reputation within his industry is examined, all in accordance with our standard Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Once a candidate is finally placed with a client, our Recruiting Division continuously monitors the process through regular contacts with the client and periodic contacts with the person placed.
