Pavan Manocha
Director Deloitte

  Mr. Manocha is a director within the United States consulting practice of Deloitte. He has more than 15 years of international oil & gas and process manufacturing consulting experience and is a recognized leader in enterprise application integration, IT strategy and program management.

His most recent experiences include executive level program management, program governance, strategic and tactical planning and integration consulting.

Mr. Manocha is currently providing consulting support to BP on a number of post-merger integration projects and has provided executive PMO advisory leadership to Chevron Texaco Corporation and Coca-Cola ( North America ) within their respective international IT initiatives.

Mr. Manocha holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree (HONS) in Applied Computer Systems and a Master's of Business Administration in International Business. He is certified by the Institute of Project Management and a member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society.


Roy Pichardo
Business Consultant

Mr. Pichardo is on retainer to the CEO of Riversand Technologies focusing on business development activities related to the Energy sector. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Sales with responsibility for identifying and driving global sales and alliances opportunities. He was responsible for establishing, managing and developing the Energy Oil & Gas Vertical markets and effectively employed a consultative sales approach targeted at the senior executive management and e-business management. He is experienced in both corporate & dynamic start-up/emerging company environments – closing two major Fortune 100 accounts & increasing the pipeline to $4.0 million in six months.

Prior to joining Riversand, Mr. Pichardo served as Vice President of Energy Solutions for two B2B e-Business technology companies with responsibility for the Energy Vertical markets. Prior to these positions, he was the CFO and CIO for PDVSA's, a Houston-based international procurement operation

Mr. Pichardo is an accomplished financial and technology sales professional with extensive experience in corporate sales management in energy, technology and supply chain domains, international operations, strategic planning, finance, treasury, alliance/contract formation, supply chain management, e-business, and information technology. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, a Master's of Business Administration from Oklahoma University and has completed the Rice University Advanced Management Program and obtained his CPA in Texas.

He is quite active in the Houston business community and has served on many committees and boards: Member, BOD of InterAmerican Chamber of Commerce (Past Chairman & President) - 1984 to Present; Past Member, Supervisory Board of Directors, HWT Division of the Greater Houston Partnership; Past Member, Board of Directors of Houston International Initiatives. He is also an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), National Oil Equipment Manufactures & Delegates Society (NOMADS) and the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC).

Leslie Alan Rozencwaig

As a principal in the law firm of Rozencwaig & Ferrero-Carr, Mr. Rozencwaig is known as an expert on a variety of subjects, such as Foreign and Domestic Estate and Gift Tax Planning, Stockholders Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Employment Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Like-Kind Exchanges, Immigration Planning and How to Properly Structure Import and Export Businesses. As such, he is a frequent speaker at numerous seminars and conferences. He was voted Outstanding Discussion Leader 1994-1995 for the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Additionally, he is frequently published on similar topics, such as “Foreign Investment in United States Real Property – Tax and Related Matters,” published by the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, 1990, 1991 and 1992 and “Exencion de Intereses de Carteras,” published by Nuestra Gente, March 1993.

Mr. Rozencwaig earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business (Cum Laude), his Master's of Professional Accounting and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence (Cum Laude) from the University of Miami and the University of the Miami School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Dade County Chapter and the Florida Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Alex Weisselberg
Vice President, Latin America Operations
ABS Consulting

ABS Consulting is pleased to announce that Mr. Alex Weisselberg has been hired as Vice President of Latin America Operations.

Alex's extensive background includes business management and development, strategy development, and international Operations. He joins ABS Consulting from Enron Energy Services, where he served as Senior Director - North American Field Operations, a $100 million operation. Prior to Enron, Alex held the position of President of Amoco Venezuela Petroleum, where he led Amoco's entry and operations in Venezuela . He also established the International Petroleum Committee, the focal point of communication between PDVSA, Ministry, Government and industry, serving as its first Chairman. His experience with Amoco also included Director of Business Development for Latin America, Director of International Negotiations, and Economic Analysis for their U.S. operations, as well as operations abroad.

Alex holds an MBA from the University of Southern California , majoring in financial management and international finance. He also holds an M Eng and BS in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University . He served as a member of the board of the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce, and the Inter-American Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.

As Vice President of Latin American Operations, he will be responsible for the performance of the Latin American Region, including operations in Mexico , Brazil , Chile and Venezuela . He will work closely with PEMEX, Petrobras and PDVSA, and will take the lead for the major business development activities of the region. George Gardiakos, General Manager for ABS Group Services de Mexico S.A. de C.V., Paulo Doneux, General Manager for ABS do Brasil Ltda., Sergio Ostorno, Manager Chile and Daniel Marquez, Engineering Manager for Latin America will report to Alex in his new role. Alex will report directly to Tony Nassif, Executive Vice President of International Operations.
