| Under
this agreement any personnel will work under contract
for a limited period of time. Client has the option
to continue under the contract mode, or direct-hire
this person, where
a. - In the case that the candidate works under contract
through SGF Global for a period less than one (1)
year, and after such period the client decides to
direct hire the individual; SGF Global would transfer
that person to the client on a mutually agreed transfer-fee
arrangement.
b. - In the case that the client supplies the candidate
to work under contract for a period no less than 6
months, and then the client direct hires the employee,
the transfer fee will be waived by SGF Global.
